Refund Policy

All funds deposited with Trent X is for the sole purpose of trading the financial markets on contract for differences. There is no physical delivery of any assets. The clients have acknowledged that they incur any profit or loss depending on the open and closing price of the asset traded. Any funds deposited with Trent X is an asset of the client, and a liability on Trent X. The client may request for a withdrawal of their unused funds that are held with Trent X at any time. Any funds that are lost whilst trading in the financial markets with Trent X is non-refundable and thus non-withdrawable.
